TREASURE ISLAND ELECTIONS: 2010
There will be no March 9th election in Treasure Island this year. Only one candidate filed in Districts 2 and 4, the scheduled races for 2010.
Effective March 16, 2010 Gail Caldwell will be the new commissioner for District 2 and Commissioner Alan Bildz returns for a fourth term as District 4 commissioner.
CANDIDATE QUALIFYING: Anyone interested in becoming a candidate in must live within the district he/she wishes to run. All candidates must be registered electors of the City. Qualifying for candidacy starts December 21, 2009 and ends at noon on January 4, 2010. Qualifying papers are available in the office of the City Clerk or click here for the candidate qualifying packet.
